We are directly across Madison Street from (north of) the Wells Fargo Building and diagonally across from (northeast of) the Federal Building. There is a Starbucks located on the ground level at the south end of our block, visible from Second Avenue and from Madison Street. For a map and directions, you can use Mapquest.
You can use Google Places to view a detailed map and get driving and transit directions. You can also use Bing Local to view a map, get directions, and send the information to your mobile phone. Parking Information We have two guest parking garages in our building. One has an entrance on the right, or north, side of Madison Street (westbound), just past the alley and before you reach the Starbucks on the corner of Second Avenue. The other garage has an entrance on the right, or south, side of Spring Street (eastbound). Driving Directions If you're not using Mapquest, Google Places or Bing Local for directions, you can find us as follows: Traveling North on Interstate 5 Take the Madison Street exit. Make a left onto Madison Street, turning toward the water (west). For the Madison Street garage: Proceed down the hill and past the alley. Turn right into the parking garage on the north side of Madison immediately before the Starbucks on the corner. For the Spring Street garage: Proceed down the hill and turn right on Second Avenue. Take the next right onto Spring Street. The parking garage on the right (south) side of Spring immediately before the alley. Traveling South on Interstate 5 Take the Union Street exit. For the Madison Street garage: Follow Union Street toward the water (west) until you reach Third Avenue. Turn left onto Third Avenue. Proceed four blocks and make a right onto Madison Street, turning toward the water (west). Proceed down the hill and past the alley. Turn right into the parking garage on the north side of Madison immediately before the Starbucks on the corner. For the Spring Street garage: Follow Union Street toward the water (west) until you reach Second Avenue. Turn left onto Second Avenue. Proceed three blocks and make a left onto Spring Street, turning away from the water (east). Proceed up the hill and turn into the parking garage on the right (south) side of Spring immediately before the alley. |
