Location
Bader Martin is located in downtown Seattle, on Second Avenue between Spring and Madison. We are two blocks south of the Washington Mutual Tower, directly across Madison Street from (north of) the Wells Fargo Building and diagonally across from (northeast of) the Federal Building. There is a Starbucks located on the ground level at the south end of our block, visible from Second Avenue.
Driving Directions and Parking Information
We have a guest parking garage in our building, with an entrance on Madison (westbound). If you are traveling:
North on Interstate 5
Take the Madison Street exit. Make a left onto Madison Street, turning toward the water (west). Proceed down the hill and turn right into the parking garage that is closest to Second Avenue.
South on Interstate 5
Take the Union Street exit. Follow Union Street toward the water (west) until you reach Third Avenue. Turn left onto Third Avenue. Proceed four blocks (past University, Seneca, and Spring Streets). Make a right onto Madison Street, turning toward the water (west). Proceed down the hill and turn right into the parking garage that is closest to Second Avenue.
