Driving Directions
Bader Martin is located in downtown Seattle, on Second Avenue between Spring and Madison. We are two blocks south of the Washington Mutual Tower, directly across Madison Street from (north of) the Wells Fargo Building and diagonally across from (northeast of) the Federal Building. There are a Starbucks and a Tully's Coffee located on the ground level of our building and visible from Second Avenue.
Parking Information
We have two parking garages in our building, one entered from Spring (eastbound) and the other from Madison (westbound). If you are traveling:
North on Interstate 5
Take the Madison Street exit. Make a left onto Madison Street, turning toward the water (west). Proceed down the hill and turn right into the parking garage that is closest to Second Avenue.
South on Interstate 5
Take the Union Street exit. Follow Union Street toward the water (west) until you reach Second Avenue. Turn left onto Second Avenue. Proceed three blocks (past University and Seneca Streets). Turn left onto Spring Street and then right into the first parking garage.
