Support to Make Life Work
Sometimes you just can’t structure your life around 9-to-5.
A client’s needs, your daycare schedule, or even an intense commute can make a typical workday schedule impossible.
Bader Martin’s supportive culture and flexible policies help make life work for you.
You may find that you choose off-peak hours to shorten your commute, work from home on those rare occasions that circumstances dictate, or arrange for a part‑time schedule to accommodate your children’s needs or your changing priorities. And because we work from a single location and serve clients primarily in the Northwest, overnight travel is rarely necessary.
You’ll have paid time off for religious observances—Good Friday or the Jewish High Holy Days, for example. You’ll also find encouragement and support for your charitable and community‑service work. You’ll even have the option of a compressed, four‑day workweek through the summer!
You’ll work in the heart of Seattle, one of America’s healthiest, safest and most livable metropolitan areas.
Seattle, the Emerald City, combines natural beauty with world‑class cultural, sports, and recreational events and an eclectic mix of restaurants and shops. We've even been named the third coolest city in the country by Forbes
From the office, you can watch the ferries arrive and depart the Seattle waterfront
, or walk to major department stores and the nearby International District
, Pike Place Market
, and Pioneer Square
You and your family have access to free downtown Seattle parking evenings and weekends. You’ll even have chances for free tickets to professional and major college sporting events.
And because this is Seattle, the attire at Bader Martin is business casual, the atmosphere is friendly and collaborative, and we have our own state‑of‑the‑art Starbucks coffee machine.
