Bader Martin is Named Among the Area's Best Places to Work by Seattle Business Monthly
Seattle, WA—May 22, 2008—Bader Martin is one of the region's Best Places to Work according to the Seattle Business Monthly. The Best Places to Work list includes 54 companies―divided into small, medium, large, and nonprofit categories―that offer the most desirable perks and benefits that can be found in the Puget Sound area and beyond.
According to Seattle Business Monthly, the list was compiled by "sending surveys to more than 3,000 Puget Sound-area businesses that had been identified as potential Best Places to Work through past surveys, research, reader tips and interviews with employees, executives and human resource professionals.
The surveys asked for information on those factors that make the workplace great—everything from details about benefits, health coverage, and retirement plans to management practices, performance reviews, and career counseling." The magazine also inquired about "those special perks that make each company unique." Surveys were evaluated and scored based on established criteria. Those with the highest overall scores and the best management practices were selected for the list.
