Bader Martin's Sharron O'Donnell is Reappointed to the Washington State Board of Accountancy
Seattle, WA—November 14, 2005—Washington Governor Christine Gregoire has reappointed Sharron O'Donnell, CPA, to serve on the Washington State Board of Accountancy where she co-chairs the Qualifications Committee and serves as a member of the Independence Committee. Her new term extends through June, 2008.
O'Donnell is a senior manager in the audit practice of Seattle based Bader Martin, P.S., where she serves as Director of Not-for-Profit Services. She has extensive work experience with for-profit and not-for-profit clients—including arts, membership, social services, church, and housing organizations, as well as private foundations.
O'Donnell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, where she serves on the Not-for-Profit Committee as Conference Co-chair. She is also an adjunct professor at Seattle University, teaching a course on not-for-profit accounting.
O'Donnell's professional affiliations include: United Way Audit Review Committee; Northwest Region President, American Society of Women Accountants; Executive Alliance; and Treasurer, Fremont Public Association Board of Directors.—
